Port of Spain, 28th July 2021: The Trinidad and Tobago Fashion Company Limited (FashionTT), in partnership with the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business (ALJGSB), will be hosting a Virtual Trade Show Webinar from its Entrepreneurial Proficiency Programme series on Saturday 31st July at 1 PM via GoTo Meetings.
In keeping with its mandate to facilitate capacity development of the local fashion sector, FashionTT continues to provide a variety of webinars aimed at educating and developing stakeholders and their businesses. The latest webinar in the series, which will be facilitated by Mr. Derrick Lewis, will focus on all the pertinent information needed to prepare and take part in a trade show at various levels and jurisdictions.
“The current digital global landscape has significantly increased activities and events within the virtual space due to restrictions in physical meetings. Fashion and Trade shows have adapted by providing greater opportunities for participation via online platforms,” explained Lisa-Marie Daniel, General Manager of FashionTT. “FashionTT will host this webinar on becoming prepared for Virtual Trade Shows in order to assist local designers and entrepreneurs in remaining relevant during these times, as well as have an opportunity to access these shows and be part of the experiences.”
Participants will also learn to find and access trade shows globally, identify the objectives for attending the virtual trade show, understand how to sign up for the virtual events, connect with others and build strategic relationships and partnerships and so much more.
