Port of Spain, 5th June 2020: The Trinidad & Tobago Fashion Company Limited (FashionTT) has launched a new localized campaign called Experience TT Fashion. The new logo created by local designer “The Lush Kingdom” and campaign will focus on promoting local fashion entrepreneurs. This initiative was launched on Friday 5th June to the general public via social media platforms at @fashionofTT.
Experience TT Fashion encourages consumers to “Buy Local” to experience all the great quality, diverse clothing, jewellery and accessories our local fashion companies have to offer right here in Trinidad and Tobago.
The first of many initiatives under this campaign will kick off this Saturday 6th of June at 12 noon. FashionTT, in conjunction with Port-of-Spain Fashion Week will host an online pop-up shop and charity auction focusing 100% on local businesses. Over 200 designers will be showcased daily on FashionTT’s social media and will have the opportunity to generate sales via the online pop-up shops facilitated two Saturdays per month on the GOTO Meeting Platform in real time.
Lisa-Marie Daniel of FashionTT remarked “We are excited to launch Experience TT Fashion, as I believe this will open doorways for many local designers in providing lucrative and innovative avenues to display their goods and to reach new customers in a way that may not have been possible before”
